The Monkey and the Dolphin

One day long ago, some sailors set out to sea in their sailing ship. One of them brought his pet monkey along for the long journey.

When they were far out at sea, a terrible storm overturned their ship. Everyone fell into the sea, and the monkey was sure that he would drown. Suddenly a dolphin appeared and picked him up.

They soon reached the island and the monkey came down from the dolphin’s back. The dolphin asked the monkey, “Do you know this place?”

The monkey replied, “Yes, I do. In fact, the king of the island is my best friend. Do you know that I am actually a prince?”

Knowing that no one lived on the island, the dolphin said, “Well, well, so you are a prince! Now you can be a king!” The monkey asked, “How can I be a king?”

As the dolphin started swimming away, he answered, “That is easy. As you are the only creature on this island, you will naturally be the king!”

Those who lie and boast may end up in trouble.

My Unforgettable Moment. Check it!

Every people in the world have experienced a bad or a good moment. Sometimes they are at the top and sometimes they are at the bottom. Sometimes, they had very good things in their life, but they also can experience worst things. Our destiny has arranged by our God. And there was a bad tragedy that I had. Before it happens, everything works well as usual.

It was a wonderful holiday after I got some examination and I had received my report. It was a best weather to go to some places. My family and I had planned to go Yogyakarta. It was my grandma’s village or a place where my grandma was born. We went to Yogyakarta by car. It takes 10 hour to arrive at the purpose place. So that we came in the morning, we must start the trip at the night. So, we planned to start the trip at 7 p.m.

Our plan must delay about 1 hour. We had wait for a long enough time. Why? Because of my aunt hasn’t coming. She said that she forgot something at her home, so, she must turned to her home and took the left things. After that, we put a lot of things such as some suitcase, some food, etc. into the car.  After all things had placed in the car, so we went inside the car and “let’s start the trip!” I said.

            This trip had a difference. My brother finally can join the trip, because he always has no time to go to Yogyakarta. I sat at the back seat of the car with my aunt (Retno) and my uncle (Anto). I felt so happy. On the ways, we shared jokes, we laughed together, we sang a song together and many good and happy things. Because we had got some activities, we weren’t aware that we fall asleep.

            “hey!” “ouch…” “oh my God” “help!” that words wake me up. I felt some hurt feelings at my neck. Oh no! When I opened my eyes, I felt a difference with the car. Suddenly, I realized that our car got crashed. Our car is turned 90⁰. It seems like our car at sleep position. “Everybody in the car gets calm!” my uncle said. I’m felt so afraid. Quickly, I opened the door, and got out from the car. I’m still afraid and shocked. Fortunately, there were no victims in this accident. There was only a few of little wound.

            The accident happens around 2 a.m. There were two track/ways. My uncle who drove the car wasn't knew what was the right ways to go. My uncle was confused. He wants to asked, but every people at the car were asleep. Behind our car, there was a bus. The bus was also confused to see our car, so, it was push our car and our car was turn. The right door was dented and the glasses were broken.

            After every people in the car had got out from the car, we sat and rested at the house of the inhabitant near the place of the accident. We wait and rested at there until it was morning.

We planned to not continued our trip and went back home by a rent car.

            It was a bad and a shocked day. Can you imagine if the accident produce a victim and killed one of my family members? Iiiii!!!!! After this accident, I thanks to God for saving me and my family. I’m so grateful, God J

Hello, my name is Vania Gabrielle Girsang. You can call me Vania. I’ from grade 10, the 9^th of exact class. I wanna tell you that i have a new friend from this day in “Lintas Minat” English subject class. And now i’m gonna tell you about her. Her full name is Claudia Natasha May Shary. We usually call her Echa. Echa is a funny and kind girl. She has a short black hair. Her hair is often to tied up. She has two little eyes and a little lip. She has light skin.

She is from junior high school Yahya in Bandung West Java Indonesia. She is from grade 10, the 1^st of exact class. She was born on 13^th of May, 1998. She lived at Samarinda street number 55 in Bandung West Java Indonesia. She lived at there with her family. She has 2 siblings and they are her brother which usually called Agi and Julian. Talk about food, her favorite food is doughnut. She really loves doughnut. About subject, her favorite subject is English. She has a lot of hobbies, there are watching film, listening to the music, singing and many more. She has a dream, she want to be a kind person and to be a rich person in her life soon. She has a person who inspiring her. This person is Lionel Messi. Lionel Messi is a popular figure of football player in Barcelona team. I think, Echa loves to watch a football match and she feels awe with the style of football skill and action which used by Lionel Messi.

Hello, my name is Vania Gabrielle Girsang. I usually called Vania. I’m from grade 10, the 9^th of exact class. Now I’m studying at senior high school public 3 in Bandung. Before that, i was studying at junior high school public 1 in Cimahi. I’m very happy that i can study at one of the most popular school in Indonesia, that is senior high school public 3 in Bandung.

I was born in Cimahi West Java Indonesia on 9^th of January, 1998. So now I’m 15  years old. I lived at Jl. Tegal Kawung no. 115, in Cimahi West Java Indonesia with my family. I’m the third child (the youngest child) in my family. I have 2 siblings and they are my brothers. My first brother usually called Ezra and my second brother usually called Ezki. My father’s name is Anthony Girsang and he is from Medan, Indonesia. My mother’s name is Tuty Hariyani and she is from Javanese family but she was living in Bandung for a long time.

My hobbies are singing, listening to the music, and watching a film. My favorite singer/band are Taylor Swift, Demi Lovato, Coldplay, Avril Lavigne, Bruno Mars, Maroon 5, Michael Buble, Katy Perry and many more. I like completing the update songs. My favourite songs are Locked Out Of Heaven by Bruno Mars, The Only Exception by Paramore, L.O.V.E. by Michael Buble, 22 by Taylor Swift, Treasure by Bruno Mars and many more. My favorite subject are English and Find Art. Why I choose English subject for my “Lintas Minat”? Besides i like English, I wanna improve my skill too. Because if my English skill has to be great, I will not worry to talk to stranger from other country. I have a lot of favorite foods. There are chocolate, bread, fried potatoes, fruit pie, milk pie, fried chicken, fried rice, and many more. I have a lot of favorite drinks. There are avocado juice, milk, orange juice, tea, milk tea, and many more.

Talk about dream, i’m the woman who hard to decide her aspiration  (cita-cita). My principal is just to be a successful woman and make my parents proud of me. I don’t know what kind of job I’ll work soon, that is a God’s Plan and that is the best plan of life. The person who inspiring me is my mom. Why? Because my mom has a great braveness, great ideas or knowledge, and great energy for doing her job. She is a kind person, although she also get angry to me. Yes, I know, the reason is to make me be a better person.
